1-2-1 Rides FAQs

In order for Jonny to prepare for your session, you will be required to provide a brief outline of your current training routine, work and home life commitments as well as what you want to achieve from your session with Jonny.

You will then receive a personalised session plan which will give you an idea of what to expect on the day.

Some examples of what to expect on a 1-2-1 training session:

  • A run through of your current training plan detailing any improvements Jonny feels you could benefit from
  • Bike position improvement
  • Equipment advice
  • Bike skills/ technique improvement
  • Nutritional advice

How long will the session last?

This is entirely up to you. Sessions can last between 1-4 hours depending on your requirements.

How much will a 1-2-1 session cost?

Prices vary depending on the requirements of your session. All session fees are charged hourly.

Can I sign up to a one off ride?

Yes, of course! One session with Jonny may give you that final push in order to achieve your goals!

Do I have to be a member of Jonny Bellis Coaching in order to sign up to a 1-2-1 session?

Absolutely not. Anyone of any cycling ability is welcome.
